Volunteers: None required, but are very welcome to attend

From eggs to adults, butterflies are simply amazing. Dress like a
butterfly, see how they feed , examine specimens and even move like

What is an insect? Unmask the answer through investigations,
visuals, activities, specimens and costumes.

Nature Outdoors
Choose from a variety of topics and we will conduct a customized
program that utilizes your school yard or nearby green-space and ties
into your curriculum needs.

Owls - A real Hoot!  
Feathers, models, work stations and songs help demonstrate unique
owl adaptations.
Additional fee to dissect owl pellets.

Surviving Winter - Totally Cool!
How does Ontario wildlife endure the severity of winter? Migrate,
hibernate or perhaps they just freeze?

Water & Us - Get Wet and Wild
Learn the water cycle through movement and song. What is water's
impact on human and animal lives.?

Water Power - HijklmnO (H to O)
Water is the stuff of life and has some pretty amazing properties. We
will discover the magic of water as we conduct experiments in surface
tension, density, capillary action, cohesion/adhesion...

Sydney  is my pet, he may occasionally pee, poop, scratch or bite. I do make every
reasonable effort to avoid these mishaps. Nature Visits With Gail is not responsible for any
injury, illness  or damage caused in whole or in part by its animals or staff. Event organizers
are responsible to inform guests of this risk involved and ensure that guests with allergies or
other animal related issues are informed. Please let our staff know of any concerns.
